Intra-African trade fair (IATF 2025) - ALGIERS - ALGERIA
The fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025) will be held from September 4 to 10, 2025, at the Palais des Expositions du Pins Maritimes in Algiers, in coordination with the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIMBANK) and the IATF Advisory Board, in collaboration with the Secretariat of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and the African Union.
This edition, organized under the theme "Gateway to new opportunities", targets a key group of strategic sectors, including agriculture, industry, energy, finance, research and innovation, health, transport and startups.
The fair offers companies an exceptional platform to access the African market, which is home to over 1.4 billion people and has a gross domestic product of over $3.5 trillion. It will attract over 2,000 exhibitors from 140 countries to take part in its various activities. Investment agreements and projects worth over $44 billion are expected to be concluded.

Algerian entry visa-IATF2025
Foreigners wishing to travel to Algeria to take part in the fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025) must apply for a visa at Algerian diplomatic and consular posts.
This application must be made after registering for the event, via the following link:

Submission of applications
To apply for an entry visa to Algeria, interested parties are requested to contact the Algerian embassies and consulates of their place of residence in order to submit their applications.
Applications can be submitted individually or collectively through the focal points designated by AFREXIMBANK.
File composition :
- Completed and signed visa application form ;
- Passport valid for at least 6 months;
- Photocopy of passport pages containing personal information;
- Document confirming validation of registration on the IATF 2025 platform;
- 2 recent passport-size photographs;
- Payment of visa fees;
- Hotel reservation;
- Return flight reservation.
Holders of diplomatic passports, Service passports and regional and international organization passes are subject to the usual procedures for applying for visas to enter national territory.
II- VISAS ON ARRIVAL
In exceptional and duly justified cases, visas on arrival will be issued.
Conditions for issuance
All foreign nationals arriving in France are required to present a valid travel document with a consular visa to the relevant border control authorities.
However, in emergencies, the Border Police may exceptionally issue a regularization visa to foreign nationals who present themselves at border posts without a visa.
This measure concerns foreign nationals whose country of residence has no diplomatic or consular representation.
File contents:
1- visa application form;
2- valid passport (more than 06 months);
3- copy of passport pages containing personal information;
4- documents proving the application for entry into Algeria (document certifying validation of registration on the IATF 2025 platform);
5- payment of visa fees set by article 48 of the 2025 finance law;
6- proof of accommodation in Algeria (hotel reservation);
7- return ticket.
To enable them to board a flight to an Algerian airport, participants requiring a visa on arrival must be in possession of a boarding certificate issued by the relevant Algerian authorities.
NB: Visa application forms can be downloaded from the websites of diplomatic and consular posts.
Business visa applications must be supported by a letter from the employer (lettre de mission) or a letter of invitation from the partner in Algeria.
Concerning accreditation for journalists and media organizations:
It should be noted that the accreditation application period has been set from June 1 to August 20, 2025.
The accreditation application file consists of the following documents:
- A visa application form, downloadable from the websites of diplomatic and consular posts. They must be completed in duplicate and accompanied by :
- A request from the employing organization of the professional journalist;
- A photocopy of the journalist's professional card;
- Two (02) recent passport photos (in color and JPEG format);
- Copy of the applicant's passport;
- The request for accreditation must be accompanied by a list of all audiovisual and technical equipment in the applicant's possession.
