Commemoration of National Migration Day, marking the 64th anniversary of the demonstrations of 17 Octobre 1961

As part of the commemoration of National Migration Day, marking the 64th anniversary of the demonstrations of 17 Octobre 1961, the Embassy of Algeria in The Hague organised a memorial service for our martyrs who gave their lives for the country, attended by embassy staff and members of the community.
A message from the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, was read out on the occasion of this anniversary, along with his greetings to the members of the community, reminding them of their involvement in the economic transformations taking place in the country and their desire to participate in the process of national renewal and the building of a modern nation state.
The national flag was then raised to the sound of the national anthem, and the Fatiha was recited for those who gave their lives so that Algeria could enjoy freedom and independence.
Long live Algeria.
Glory and immortality to our noble martyrs.
