Annoucement of exceptional measures to regularize the situation

In accordance with the decision of the president of the republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to regularise the situation of citizens living abroad in a fragile and irregular situation and subject to judicial and administrative measures relating to a minor offense affecting public order, the Embassy of Algeria to the Kingdom of The Netherlands informs members of the community residing in its constituency that exceptional measures have been decides in favour of certain nationals, particularly young people, who have been subject of judicial or administrative proceedings of minor offences that constitute a breach of public order.

To this end, citizens concerned are invited to contact the embassy services to submit their application in accordance with the form and required documents available on this link (click here).

The Embassy of Algeria to the Kingdom of The Netherlands remains available to assist the citizens concerned throughout the process until the final treatment of their cases.
